Amazon Studios’ film ‘Air’ was billed as being a celebration of the creative and entrepreneurial talent behind the iconic Air Jordan sneaker, a chance to bring the figures from behind-the-scenes to the forefront to receive their just dues, and it did exactly that.
Chris Tucker hadn’t starred in any films for 6 and a half years before taking on the role of Howard White in Air and he’s only starred 5 films since the year 2000. I say all of this to say that the opportunities to celebrate this great man are few and far between. I made sure not to miss this one.
