Idris Elba and Regina King have achieved so much in their careers that it’s almost impossible to introduce them correctly without leaving out anything that they’ve accomplished. If you’re looking for accolades, talent and star power then you need look more further than this room; but the same could be said for if you’re looking for grace, intelligence and warmth.
Netflix’s ‘The Harder They Fall’ is a film that has left a lasting impression on me, but this day in particular is what I will remember above all. Idris Elba and Regina King were the first in-person interviews that I ever conducted and I’m truly grateful for how comfortable they made me feel despite my nerves and relative inexperience. They say that you shouldn’t ever meet your heroes, but I met mine and they were even better in real life! I hope you enjoy!
